The hinge pins are made of stainless steel which are internally pinned to prevent unwanted removal or theft. The hinges also feature self lubricating graphite bushes to reduce friction and prevent wear. After machining and going through our strict quality control procedures these are anodised to a minimum of 30 microns. Supplied with high security stainless fixings & shims. -

When suspention lift kits are fitted it increases the distance between the transfer box flange and the axle.The increased distance can cause the propshaft to run out of spline travel, Fitting this 40mm propshaft spacer helps return the shaft to its normal operating length therefore allowing full spline travel and prevents binding of the yokes.
