  • Replacement aluminium Header Tank expansion reservoir from AlliSport Ltd. Black Powder Coated Designed to replace the original plastic item. Covers all Land Rover Tdi model vehicles – (Discovery 200 and 300 and Defender 200 and 300). Also suits the Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover V8.    The original plastic items are prone to splitting along the seam caused by the constant heating and cooling. This upgrade eliminates the problem and also aids cooling. We manufacture the tank with high quality CNC stamp cut 2mm aluminium and is fully TIG welded by hand in house. Swaged pipe connections for extra pipe security. This tank uses the original mounts and hose connections and has been designed to take the original Land Rover pressure cap. Be aware that some other tanks use a sealed aluminium cap which does not allow for pressure release.

Now manufactured using mounting flange machined from billet aluminium! All engines need to breathe crankcase pressure to atmosphere and most are designed to re-enter the air intake system after the air cleaner. Standard breather pots use a gauze and mesh design which over time becomes blocked with oil deposits, reducing the capacity to release crankcase pressure and also allowing more oil vapour to enter the intake system. Our high performance replacement is designed to effectively reduce crankcase pressure build up on Tdi engines by using an internal baffle rather than the standard gauze and mesh design. Our products are designed to have a practical purpose offering an improvement over the original black plastic units, but will also look great in the engine bay. The unit is designed to fit all Tdi engines including 2.8 TGV and now with our new integral O ring-seal design.     The ULTRAspec Release Bearing is the Ultimate in Land Rover Clutch Release Bearings. We’ve taken the application and the concept of a standard plastic carrier with a bearing that is adequate then taken it to a new level. Our custom designed ULTRAspec Release Bearing  has been engineering from start to finish with Maximium Strength and Reliability in mind.We’ve taken onboard all the issues that the standard type bearing causes and all the flaws it has and addressed each of them thoroughly. We’ve made no compromises and applied the correct design features to maximise the potential of our product. We’ve selected the right material grade that will take extreme abuse and cope with temperatures beyond what could be produced by even the hardest working vehicle. Unlike current modified release bearings carriers on the market we’ve not used the standard bearing. In our opinion its too small for modern applications and certainly not suitable for anything that been modified. As a result we’ve discarded it, started a fresh and sourced a bearing that is more than man enough, a bearing that is capable of loads far in excess of the application we will be using it for – this means it’ll never be tested and will always be reliable. In addition to making our ULTRAspec Release Bearing Strong and Reliable, we’ve made it long lasting adding a simple feature that allows grease used on the guide tube face. Oil rings keep the grease in place and protected from contamination. This barrier of grease will not only protect the release bearing but also the guide tube itself. It’ll also minimise clutch release bearing rattle, a common problem that gives a loud rattling noise on idle which is cause by a lack of grease and poor design tolerances. Having looked at every aspect of the clutch release bearing there is only one more issue to resolve and the ULTRAspec Release Bearing addresses this with absolute uncompromised logic. Historically the Land Rover Release Bearing has been attached to the fork via a very poor and quite pathetic plastic staple. Anyone who’s ever fitted a clutch fork knows that this plastic staple isn’t fit for purpose. They break, bend, melt and fall out. They were a last after thought but managed to be kept in production all the way from the early 70’s when they were introduced. For our ULTRAspec Release Bearing we’ve designed a new clip from scratch, a clip that wont fall off, will keep the bearing and fork in place and will last. Our clip fits around the fork and is clipped to the bearing on both sides, not just one. You’ll not get any bearing rattle on idle and fitting will be easier. It is the Ultimate solution to finish off the Ultimate Release Bearing. We’re so confident and sure that the ULTRAspec Release Bearing is that strong and reliable we offer it with a LIFETIME Warranty, which means you have piece of mind.   • TWIN SHOCK TURRETS Code: DA6322L 2” Lift Front Defender Discovery 1 Range Rover Classic Sometimes off-road conditions can be serious enough to test the standard equipment on your Land Rover to its maximum One of the critical components that takes most of the abuse is the suspension system. When using the standard single shock absorber configuration it is not unknown for the shock absorber to break the factory fitted turret mount. These shock absorber turrets from Britpart give you confidence that your vehicles suspension will tackle the terrain you take it through with greater ease. The single shock absorber turret is manufactured from heavy-duty steel and replaces the existing turret mount which is susceptible to corrosion by allowing a build up of dirt inside which is hard to clean thoroughly. The new design is harder wearing and easier to clean. The twin shock absorber turret is manufactured from the same quality steel as the single shock absorber turret but allows for the fitment of an additional shock absorber. The benefits of having extra shock absorbers fitted to your Land Rover is that any extreme force encountered is divided between the two shock absorbers for a more comfortable ride for you and your passengers. Using twin shocks is also beneficial when carrying loads both on and off-road as it improves the load carrying ability of the vehicle. An additional benefit is that when changing shock absorbers there is no need to remove the turrets.
