Replacement aluminium Header Tank expansion reservoir with sight gauge from AlliSport Ltd. Designed to replace the original plastic item. Covers all Land Rover Tdi model vehicles – (Discovery 200 and 300 and Defender 200 and 300). Also suits the Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover V8. The original plastic items are prone to splitting along the seam caused by the constant heating and cooling. This upgrade eliminates the problem and also aids cooling. We manufacture the tank with high quality CNC stamp cut 2mm aluminium and is fully TIG welded by hand in house. Swaged pipe connections for extra pipe security. This tank uses the original mounts and hose connections and has been designed to take the original Land Rover pressure cap. Be aware that some other tanks use a sealed aluminium cap which does not allow for pressure release. -

Included in the kit is the custom design CNC machines pivot pin and anodised aluminium spacer plate as well as 4 new BZP 8mm bolts. Also included in the kit is a new CNC nylon cup to replace your old worn out one. For Defender LT77 & R380 ONLY (inc TD5 Defender) You’ll only need a pair of circlip pliers, a screw driver, 17mm, 13mm, and 10mm spanners for fitting. Labcraft has unveiled their new slimline SI7 LED Scenelite; a more compact design without any compromise on light output. The SI7 Scenelite projects an amazing 85 lumens per watt, compared to only around 30 lumens for halogen scenelite lights. The SI7 LED Scenelite has been designed using a unique curved PCB which angles the light along the curvature of the robust aluminium base (which also acts as a highly effective heat sink), giving a wider spread of light. The SI7 uses approximately 80% less power than standard halogen lights, therefore battery life will be increased allowing the lights to remain working for longer.
