Designed to replace the original much smaller intercooler on the Land Rover Defender TD5. This Intercooler kit now fits both Air Con or non-Air Con vehicles. This intercooler is over twice the size of the original Land Rover item! This highly efficient product is designed and manufactured by AlliSport Ltd and comes ready to fit utilising the original pipe work and mounting brackets. Constructed using our ultra efficient vacuum brazed core design with internal “turbulators” to increase cooling capacity. CNC stamp cut for quality and consistency and fully TIG welded by hand all in house. The increased cooling capacity together with the appropriate electronic tuning can allow performance to be increased to over 190BHP with an improvement in fuel economy. Fuel economy increaces by, on average 10% with a reduction in cylinder head thermal stress. Thermal stress is actually reduced as the EGT or combustion temperature is reduced dramatically. In order to get the best from this upgrade the fuelling needs optimising to suit. Defender 90 Aluminium Roof Rack Black roof racks are a sleek slimline design rack made from lightweight but strong aluminium with a tough high quality satin black powder coat finish. They weigh in at just 25kg. Defender upgrades have created a design on the extrusion to be more rounded to give a better aerodynamic look and feel to cause less drag. These Racks cause little wind resistance.......I know I had mine at over 70mph and it was very quiet!! Easy fitting using a robust clamping system for Land Rover Defender 90. This rack will also fit a Discovery 2. These roof racks are made from heat treated aluminium extrusions to ensure the optimum degree of flexibility and rigidity. They have a modular construction with an anodised powder coated aluminium frame mounted on powder coated feet. Modular construction with horizontal slats allows slats to be removed for sunroof access etc. The bars have a T slot system allowing a host of available accessories to be securely fitted to them, such as tents, lights, O-rings and a host of other accessories.
