AlliSport TD5 EGR Removal Kit suitable for Defender and Discovery Late Models (2001 to 2006) Lifetime Warranty! Revised August 2015 to include 5mm stainless steel blanking plate. Removal of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system is widely recognised as a simple and effective method of improving the efficiency of a turbo diesel engine. The EGR allows hot, used gases back into the engine and can cause excessive black smoke and lack of power. Cool air is fundamental for efficient, clean combustion and power! Our EGR bypass system not only stops the hot, second – hand air entering the engine, but also removes the restriction caused by the original EGR set up, which is considerable particularly on later engines. The AlliSport design of EGR valve bypass does not interfere with the engine ECU systems, and will not cause any warning lights to occur. Original manufacturers replacement EGR valves are expensive and likely to fail again. Our kits are precision laser cut and professionally TIG welded by hand in house. -

Designed to replace the original much smaller intercooler on the Land Rover Defender TD5. This Intercooler kit now fits both Air Con or non-Air Con vehicles. This intercooler is over twice the size of the original Land Rover item! This highly efficient product is designed and manufactured by AlliSport Ltd and comes ready to fit utilising the original pipe work and mounting brackets. Constructed using our ultra efficient vacuum brazed core design with internal “turbulators” to increase cooling capacity. CNC stamp cut for quality and consistency and fully TIG welded by hand all in house. The increased cooling capacity together with the appropriate electronic tuning can allow performance to be increased to over 190BHP with an improvement in fuel economy. Fuel economy increaces by, on average 10% with a reduction in cylinder head thermal stress. Thermal stress is actually reduced as the EGT or combustion temperature is reduced dramatically. In order to get the best from this upgrade the fuelling needs optimising to suit. Allisport Defender or Discovery 200 or 300Tdi Uprated Engine Breather Oil Catch Tank A brand new high performance AlliSport Aluminium Engine Breather Oil Catch Tank separator. Now manufactured using mounting flange machined from billet aluminium! All engines need to breathe crankcase pressure to atmosphere and most are designed to re-enter the air intake system after the air cleaner. Standard breather pots use a gauze and mesh design which over time becomes blocked with oil deposits, reducing the capacity to release crankcase pressure and also allowing more oil vapour to enter the intake system. Our high performance replacement is designed to effectively reduce crankcase pressure build up on Tdi engines by using an internal baffle rather than the standard gauze and mesh design. Our products are designed to have a practical purpose offering an improvement over the original black plastic units, but will also look great in the engine bay. The unit is designed to fit all Tdi engines including 2.8 TGV and now with our new integral O ring-seal design. As with all our products, the AlliSport alloy oil breather/separator pot is designed and manufactured by hand in-house and is fully TIG welded. A brand new direct replacement high performance aluminium “Double Core” intercooler from AlliSport Ltd. This intercooler has been designed to replace the original smaller intercooler on the Land Rover Defender, Discovery or Range Rover 300 Tdi engine and has 80% more surface area than the original. We have designed this intercooler primarily for customers who have fitted close mounted extreme type winch bumpers where it is not possible to fit our larger front mounted intercooler. This model is a good compromise between our standard uprated model and the larger Option 2 front mount. Also suitable for cars with AC. Combined with the correct tuning (instructions included) power will increase from 111bhp standard to 141bhp with a similar increase in torque. Figures are taken from our customers own rolling road tests. The greater cooling capacity will allow up to 27% increase in power and torque in the lower and mid-range revs and improved throttle response. Customers regularly report 10-15% gain in economy. Please note, you may need to adjust the original intercooler/radiator surround frame to install this intercooler. Because the intercooler is far more efficient than the standard item, the fuel pump will need setting to compensate for the change in mixture. The settings are straightforward and are covered in the comprehensive fitting instructions supplied with the kit. As most Tdi vehicles are not electronically controlled, there is no ECU to remap, so we optimise the fuel and boost settings to match the intercooler mechanically. Post 1996 300 tdi Discovery Auto has electronic engine management, so please contact us for advice.
