These heavy duty drive flanges from Terrafirma are made from superior quality steel compared to the originals with increased spline contact area for additional strength and wear resistance. The flanges fit using the original gaskets and bolts and are gold zinc plated for lasting good looks. They come with a removable dust cap and o-ring seal. This listing is for 1 drive flange. Syncro Gearboxes is delighted to announce the Land Rover Discovery 1 & 2 LT77/R380 Slickshift! This new innovative design exclusive to Syncro Gearboxes improves gear change by reducing sloppiness and minimising travel, as well as neatening shifts giving smoother gear changes.
The Syncro Gearboxes’ Slickshift is easy to fit and allows you to use your original gear stick. Within thirty minutes you can have a more modern feeling Discovery, with gear selections similar to newer vehicles.

The Disco Slickshift from Syncro Gearboxes is a comprehensive kit which contains the following:

Custom Design aluminium anodised base plate

Steel bias spring adapter

Nylon spacer ring

2 x bias springs

Nylon cup

4 x 8mm cap head bolts

2 x 6mm cap head bolts

The Discovery Slickshift is for Discovery 1 & 2 LT77 & R380 ONLY (inc TD5) and can be fitted using a basic tool kit within 30 mins. 4 spanner difficulty rating NOTE: You may need trim the aluminium cover that sit over the bias spring/stick assembly slightly.

With this in mind now available is a 1.5m plug and play extension harness it is possible to move the BBUS (battery back up sounder) from behind the headlight to a safe inaccessible location where it is not easily disabled by thieves. Also included is a modification to prevent the factory alarm system being easily shorted out! Alarm sounder not included.

The Puma 2.2/2.4 Tdci Ceramic clutch Fitted with an 8 paddle ceramic sprung drive plate, gives you an increase in up-take of 40% from the peddle, meaning the clutch grips and moves faster than the HD organic kit, meaning the Clutch cover itself is doing less work. It has also had a 20% increase in poundage from the O.E Land Rover kit. Needs 500 miles of soft driving at 1/4 throttle to allow all faces to mate and bed correctly. Failure to do so will end in a glazed drive plate and slip. The Clutch is Supplied with the Following: 1 x Clutch Plate 1 x Clutch Cover 1 x Release bearing (please note some 2.2 tdci models are fitted with a different type of release bearing, if the different type is fitted this will need to be purchased through a main agent)
